Our Story
Rob and Lori were high school sweethearts and have been happily married for 35+ years! They have been blessed with four children and six grandchildren! In 2020, Rob turned to Lori and said, “You’ve followed me in all the places we’ve gone, it’s time for you to live out your dream” Lori’s dream was to own her very own food truck and cook and provide tasty food for others! Together, they began building their dream. Rob being a guy who can do anything handy, turned a basic horse trailer into a beautiful food trailer that fits so well in the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains! Lori’s sweet spot was creating and cooking tasty tacos that melt in your mouth! Together they created Mountain Tapas, living out their mission!
